Volleyball as a comprehensive and universal means of forming a conviction for a healthy lifestyle among adolescents

the article is devoted to the consideration of necessary conditions for a deliberate attitude towards the conduct of a healthy lifestyle during the process of volleyball training. Features of pedagogical influence on children of different age categories are considered. The author proves that volleyball training can simultaneously meet the requirements of complexity and universality.
