Social and cultural mechanism of formation professional and personal qualities of future specialists

Formation of professional and Personal Abilities and Soft Competencies of future specialists is one of the main tasks of voca-tional education. Institutional transformation of modern social relations is the foundation of innovative professional training of qualified personnel in the national economy. Professional training and organization of educa-tional activities in modern sociocultural realities is a process of formation of general cultural and professional competencies, the formation of pro-fessional and personal qualities and the formation of a value-semantic re-lationship to the socio-cultural space. It is shown that the actualization of the formation of the professional and personal qualities of future special-ists is ensured by involving the subjects of the educational process in ac-tive cognitive activity, by the joint solution of social problems, the devel-opment of the subject potential of future specialists, and the development of various social roles.
