Pedagogical competence of the organization-head in diversity

Trends in the global social - economical processes are placing new demands on the modern organization-head. The main activity of the organization-head is management. In diversity the effective leader must be competent in pedagogical knowledge and skills and be able to apply them in their management activities, he must have pedagogical competence. The article was prepared within the framework of the study "Formation and development of pedagogical meta-theory of diversity management in educational systems", the state task of the Ministry of education of Russia No. 27.2617.2017/4.6.
