The author focuses on the history of development cooperation and the emergence of the first elements of mutual influence, which was noted in 1930-her. However, broad and effective cooperation began with the victory of the Communist party of China and the beginning of intensive cooperation between the USSR and the PRC in the 1950s. During this phase relationship can be traced to the establishment of a national system of art education in China, as well as increased cultural influence from the Soviet Union in the field of painting and music. The result is now marked by a number of serious and large-scale initiatives, and intensive mutual enrichment between the two countries in the methodological, ideological and organizational terms, that is expressed both in the active implementation of joint educational programs, student exchanges and creation of various Intercollegiate associations.
