Explication and conceptualization of ataraxia in the novel by I. Goncharov "Oblomov"

This article examines a form of explication and conceptualization of Ataraxia in the art, the example of I. A. Goncharov's novel "Oblomov". Identified impersonated the archetypal problem of aesthetics Ataraxia in I. A. Goncharov's novel "Oblomov". It is proved that Ilya Ilyich was a true epicurean, that skepticism Oblomov is the transcendental despair, psychologically is a state of Ataraxia, no rebellion, inaction is an act, not a spiritual death, and peace.
