the Author tries dealing with what time the use of artillery in Russia and its development as a science. About the appearances of the governing body, which has been managing the production of material part of artillery (guns, ammunition) and training of the gun masters and the gunners. On the significance of the "Charter of war, cannon and other cases related to military science" to improve the training of gunners of the time.
