the article deals with the question of the preparation of the all-Russian Congress of clergy and laity in Moscow from 1 to 12 June 1917, issues of reception and processing of incoming correspondence, and accommodation of non-resident delegates. This article uses unpublished archival materials from Department of the manuscript of the Russian State Library, and Central State archive of Moscow.
