Innovation in supplementary vocational foreign language education. Its past, present and future

The article describes the experience of Lingua Consortium as a unique educational organization. The author and founder of the company justifies a necessity for such organizations, defines their mission and contents. The methodology and theoretical basis of the consortium are very well-described. The author proves this company to be an example for emerging supplementary education organizations that will help to improve the system of education in Russia.
