Upbringing of the culture of health in the context of school foreign language education

The fact that the problem of keeping children and young people’s health is very urgent nowadays raises no doubts. In the specialists’ opinion, the reason for it is educational overwork and stressful pedagogics, inefficient teaching methods, genetic weakness along with a low level of the population’s culture of health on the whole. The theoretical significance and the academic novelty of our research consist in the fact that the problem of forming the culture of health is considered in the sphere of foreign language education. The rising generation must have knowledge and skills to be motivated in the sphere of healthy lifestyle.
