The potential of the discipline "risk management in education" in the development of organizational and managerial competence of education managers in the implementation of master's programs

in article the potential of a subject matter "A risk management in education" in the course of training of managers of education at implementation of master programs is analyzed. It is proved that in the process of learning how to use the potential of the discipline is not only the mastery of the students’ knowledge and skills on risk management and how to apply them in professional activities, but also the development of components of organizational and managerial competence (motivational-personal, cognitive, operational-active, communicative).
