This article is about textual openness and intertextuality as a way of formation of the new texts meanings. In the article is analyzed the role of precedent phenomenons from German linguoculture in the formally and meanings structure of the roman by T. Mann “Doctor Faustus” and given the examples of the realization intertextual dialog. The mean accent lies on the interaction of the authors and readers consciousness.
