Technological Innovations in The Research And Development of The Soviet Union’s First Type of Ballistic Missile P-1

The thesis elaborates on the difficulties in the research and development of the Soviet Union’s first type of ballistic missile, and it details technological improvements and innovations in different batches of P-1 missiles. On the basis of that, the author points out that the successful production of P-1 missiles is an unprecedented breakthrough of the Soviet Unionin a brand new field. It not only means the birth of the Soviet Union’s first ballistic missile, but it also embodies the capability of the Soviet Union to inherit and digest German’s missile technologies.
