Benjamin Harrison: the president, the president’s grandson

The article presents а analysis of life and activity of the 23rd US President. Author tried to correct a B. Harrison’s stereotype image, like weak president of the “Gilded Age” period. Politic resisted by the influence of the Republican Party “machine”. In work considers president’s general actions and causes his defeat от election of 1892.
