Foreign language training for specific purposes in Russia and abroad based on the example of teaching English in the oil industry

This article examines the peculiarities of teaching a foreign language for specific purposes in Russia considering the example of the English language in the oil field in the higher education institutions of the CIS and the world. The need to learn and master the English language at a high level does not lose its relevance, since intercultural communication enables us to exchange technologies and work in contact with partners all over the world.
