Cross-cultural tolerance of the expert as a condition of social integration in multicultural society

The problem of entry of migrants, immigrants into the Russian society which can be maleficiated by means of formation of tolerance of the teachers working at polycultural school and development of their polycultural competence is proved in article. It is reasoned that conscious design of the way of school life promoting welfare integration is the main objective for pedagogical staff of multinational schools. It is shown that the most effective will be training of teachers of formation of the positive Ya-concept of the teacher, to development of its communicative kompetention, experience of a reflection, self-assessment and introspection, mastering technologies of the organization of educational process according to polycultural structure of a class.
