Discusses the development of social intelligence, describes the functions and tasks of development of social intellect as factor of successful socialization in modern society. The peculiarities of the system of personal relations of younger schoolchildren in the educational process in primary school. The aim of the study was the development of social intelligence younger students through a psycho-pedagogical program "We together". Provides summative data and final research on this issue. The content of the program "We are together, aimed at the development of social intelligence of primary school pupils, describes the methods and techniques of psycho-pedagogical work. Analysis of the results of the pedagogical experiment allowed to reveal positive dynamics in increasing of communicative skills of younger students, readiness for teamwork, ability to understand others, the ability to anticipate consequence of behavior, to understand non-verbal or verbal expression and the ability to communicate with each other.
