Problems of forming the administrative competence of the courses in the military school (analysis and interpretation of the results of the questionnaire «The role of administrative competence in the personal and professional development of the cadet»)

the formation of the administrative competence of future officers in the process of their professional-personal development is topical, but the diagnostic system necessary for this is not yet used in the training system of cadets. The author of the article developed a special questionnaire, compared the answers of the cadets of the first-fifth courses of military school from different regions of Russia and on their basis revealed common problems for all the formation of administrative competence in the educational process of the military educational organization.
