The use of means and methods of artistic gymnastics in physical education lessons in the junior school age

The main problems of modern teaching of physical culture for children of primary school age are analyzed in the article. The essence and significance of rhythmic gymnastics in the physical education of younger schoolchildren is revealed. The potential of the means and methods of rhythmic gymnastics within the framework of physical education lessons in primary school age is estimated. The main components of the successful and effective use of the elements of rhythmic gymnastics within the framework of the general educational process are considered.
