Further education as a tool for development of creative potential of the child's personality

The article highlights supplementary childrens education. The focus of the author is as a role of special pedagogical support as an activity aimed towards creative personality development of the future citizen of his/her country and capable of active socio - cultural activities. Based on the example - one of the parts of supplementary education - creative school based in the Arctic State Institute of Culture and Art of Yakutsk, the author reveals the peculiarities of work organization with children outside school hours, involving talented and competent teachers.
