Antireligious propaganda and schools of Primorye region in 1954-1955

The article describes the involvement of schools of Primorye region in party and public antireligious activities conducted by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU) in 1954-1955. The main directions of the work were filling with the antireligious content of the educational process in the school itself and the teachers’ participation in lecture propaganda, including in the departments of the society "Knowledge". In both directions, the schools acted quite actively, although data to assess the effectiveness of their work is not enough.
