Creation of the legislative base on rehabilitation at 1920 to the present

The author of the article discusses the views of the famous English scientist and theologian Sir Isaac Newton on the problem of the millennial Kingdom. On the basis of the analysis of Newton’s archive manuscripts, it is shown that his can be regarded as a representative of chiliasm of the premillennialist-historicist kind. Newton’s ideas of the end of history in the context of his unorthodox religious views, are discussed.
