Innovative way of development – important condition for improving the system of additional professional education

Innovation activities in society and in education is intensified through the joint efforts of the state, business, science. The analysis of scientific and methodological literature on the competence approach in learning allowed to identify the components of innovative competence of the teacher of additional vocational education, to reveal the functions of innovation, to determine the tasks, the solution of which will contribute to the formation of an innovative culture, the growth of the prestige of innovation.
