State policy in the field of handicraft production in the late XIX – early XX centuries

The article discusses the features of the process of development of handicraft-industrial direction in government policy, the history of the adoption by the state of the whole complex of handicraft-industrial laws. New trends of development in the economic policy of this period are considered, when along with the liberal course of accelerated capitalist industrialization of the country, there was also a conservative direction, which supported traditional forms of production, i.e. Handicrafts.
