Studies conducted by Chinese educators and psychologists have not yet formed a clear conceptual definition and structural system for the social development of preschool children, but they all emphasize that the social development of children should be expressed in teaching them the right attitude to themselves, businesses, other people and the collective. Scientists believe that the game plays an extremely important role in the social development of preschool children. However, in the practice of Chinese pre-school education, teachers mainly focus their attention on teaching knowledge and do not pay due attention to how to promote the social development of preschool children. Compared with China, the Russian Federation attaches great importance to the promotion of the social development of preschool children in various areas and pays more attention to teaching games. Nevertheless, there are still many opportunities for the development of research in the field of teacher training for the use of games for the socialization of preschool children. Studies in the field of social development of preschool children in China and Russia in the future, in our opinion, should be focused on the study and implementation of pedagogical conditions for the effective use of games for the social development of preschool age.
