The mechanism of functioning of the model of application of multimedia technologies in the training of cadets

The article analyzes the model of using multimedia technologies in the course of fire training of cadets and a block of factors that ensure the effective use of multimedia. Great importance for the effective functioning of the model is the personal and pedagogical qualities of the fire training teacher. The paper shows the primary technologies for placing opportunities for stratification of the quality content of the learning process.
