The concept of preparation and education of shots of crew personnel for merchant fleet in 1946-1953

In this article is narrated about the leading idea of training of crew personnel in the first years after the Great Patriotic War, about world outlook, philosophical prerequisites of formation of complete system of professional education in the considered sphere. The emphasis on orientation of system of preparation on the near-term outlook, taking into account the extending vessel construction is specified in article. and tendencies of technical re-equipment of vessels.
