The concept "One belt, one way" was first put forward by the PRC chairman in 2013 during his visit to Kazakhstan. In this concept, two projects are united: the "Economic belt of the Silk Road" and the "Marine Silk Road of the XXI century". This is an initiative of the Chinese government and the Chinese mind, which is a completely open and exclusively commercial project, and not having any political interests. The objectives of this international initiative are to improve existing and create new trade routes, transport and economic corridors, as well as make economic ties maintained between Euro-Asian countries closer.
The initiative “One belt, One Way” will fully rely on the existing bilateral and multilateral mechanisms of China and the countries concerned, focusing on existing and effective regional cooperation platforms. China will actively develop economic cooperation with countries on the way to joint building of a community of interests, destinies and responsibilities with political mutual trust, economic integration and cultural inclusion within the framework of the One-Belt, One-Way Initiative. to use the historical symbol of the road of one belt in order to borrow the ancient Silk Road, keep the banner of peaceful development and actively develop and the economic partnerships of countries along the route will jointly create a community of interests, a community of destiny and a community of responsibility for political mutual trust, economic integration and cultural integration.
