The image of the family in the language consciousness of Khakass bilinguals and monolinguals

The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of associative perception of the word-stimulus family by the Khakass bilinguals who are fluent in both Khakass and Russian languages, and the Khakass monolinguals, who speak only Russian. The analysis is made on the basis of comparative analysis of the materials of a free associative experiment and data from associative dictionaries. The high importance of the family in the linguistic consciousness of both groups is expressed in the similarity of associative concepts of love and care. The presence of negative associations is a common feature of the associative fields of Khakass and Russian monolinguals.
