New Educational Standards and Interdisciplinary approach to Foreign Language Teaching of non-linguistic Major students

The article considers some special aspects of interdisciplinary approach within the framework of new educational standards to foreign language teaching of non-linguistic major students. The authors share their techniques of applying interdisciplinary approach worked out and successfully implemented by foreign languages department professors. They also focus on the pertinence of interdisciplinary approach as well as on scholarly importance of professional interaction between language and non-language departments.
