The article presents a study on the support of preschool children with severe, multiple developmental disorders with severe hearing impairment in the combined pre-school Department of GBOU School № 518. The structure of the defect is presented in detail and the levels of development of children in this category are described. In determining the directions of correctional and developmental work with children with severe, multiple developmental disabilities, with hearing impairments, the basic were the following methodological approaches: personality-oriented, system-activity, system-synergetic, interdisciplinary, sensory-integrative, competence, technological, which allowed to choose special pedagogical conditions and build a consistent support of training and education of children of this category, implemented in a special and inclusive educational environments. This system of correctional and developmental work has shown its effectiveness in the positive dynamics of psycho-physical development and social adaptation in the subsequent stages of education of preschool children with severe, multiple developmental disabilities with hearing impairments.
