Pedagogical concepts in relation to the art discourse

The article discusses the features of the story published in the periodical «Gorodskaya i derevenskaya biblioteka» of N.I. Novikov an eminent Russian educator of the 18th century. The article describes the plot of the work, thematic and language components, conceptual structure. The author highlights the feature of the work such as the implementation of the pedagogical concept through the prism of artistic discourse. Conceptual analysis of the text proves the correlation of pedagogical and art discourses in the creative heritage of the educator. The article introduces and defines the following concepts: pedagogical fact, pedagogical concept (frame), educational space of a literary text.
