The relevance of the study is due to the fact that according to the modern requirements of university education, the future teacher must be a self-developing personality. He must be able to choose his own path of professional development. The article describes the algorithms for the formation of professional-social and professional-technological competencies necessary for the teacher of physics. The results of the diagnosis of professionalism of the teacher, teaching students on the proposed algorithms
