Formation of the industrial basis of armored products in the Urals in 1941 (at the example of plant № 200 NKTP in Chelyabinsk)

The application is devoted to the main problems of the formation of plant №200 in the city of Chelyabinsk as a base for armored corps production by the Chelyabinsk Kirov Plant (ChKP) in late 1941 and early 1942. Was given the analysis of the industrial equipment and machine tools range, allocated to the plant №200. As well, the paper analyzes the relationship of plant productivity indicators and the quality of its machinery. The basic prerequisites for the formation of armored corps production in the Urals at the initial stage of the Great Patriotic War are shown.
