Objective: To Identify the poems of the theme Vladimir Nabokov, in which is found the color purple and its analogues, to establish the meaning of the word purple in them, to compare them with the values of the word purple in the prose of Vladimir Nabokov.
Methods: the method of lexical paradigms developed by N. V. Pavlovich
Results: In verses Vladimir Nabokov the color purple is found about fifty times. Lilac and its shades: purple, lilac, purple, blueberry, violet – In U. V.
