Position of the teacher in the modern pedagogical process

The article considers the teacher's as one of the backbone factors of the pedagogical process. There is a correlation between the success of the education process and the professional and personal development of the teacher. Education and the role of the teacher in it, according to studies of the last decade, is perceived by society as "correct", if characterized by the integrity of the pedagogical process, the integrative properties of its components, where equal importance has educational activity (subjectivity) and the student and the teacher. The person and his activity is considered as a criterion of the quality of education. Since education is a special case of the humanitarian system, there are always specific, personalized participants, which means that their activities can’t be described exclusively through the algorithms of technology or technical regulations, so the main feature of any pedagogical process should be the proportionality of education to man.
