Functioning of a regular metaphor in standard contexts (at the level of the original values)

This article gives an idea of metaphor as a generally recognized method of nomination of objects by attracting figurative comparisons, through which cultural characteristics, values, people's attitudes to a particular phenomenon becomes known, and the main linguocultural meaning of the nomination of concepts of communities is the ability to reflect the national mentality in its semantics – a set of ideological and behavioral characteristics of the ethnic group, the national character – a relatively stable and integral, spiritual life of the linguistic personality.
