Metaphorical representation of the concept “love” in kinotext (by the example of films of E. Ryazanov)

The article deals with the language implementations of the metaphorical concept “love” in the texts of films by E. Ryazanov. This study is attempt to distinguish and analyze the metaphorical projections that form the images of love: conceptual metaphors with the semantic component “heart”; “Love is a living being”; “Love is an object”; “Love is a container”; “Love is аn element”; “Love is madness”; “Love is a game”; “Love is a battle, struggle”; “Love is arivalry, competition”; “Love is а hunt”; “Love is slavery, captivity”; “Love is a country”; “Marriage is not for love is a prison”. The specificity of functioning of metaphors representing the concept of “love” in the kinotext is revealed through the identification and description of the cognitive structure of the distinguished metaphoric models. It reflects the national and cultural singularity of the use of metaphors in expressing feelings of love, it demonstrates the interrelation between the study of the linguistic picture of the world and the study of conceptual metaphor as one of the ways of its creation.
