Preservation of professional longevity and quality of life of teachers

Ryazantsev Aleksei Alekseevich  (candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor, Astrakhan State Medical University)

currently, due to the prevailing social conditions, the natural aging of the body and the deterioration of cognitive capabilities, 45-50 year-old school teachers are subject to physiological, psychological and physical exhaustion. This condition does not give them the opportunity for professional self-realization and causes disappointment in their profession. The article considers objective possibilities of prevention of psychological burnout of teachers and preservation of brain functions in workers of pre-retirement age for successful continuation of professional activity and preservation of quality of life.
