The image of czechoslovak legionnaires in fiction (on the example of a story N.I. Shadrin «Staff-captain Schetinkin»)

The article is devoted to the analysis of the image of Czechoslovak legionnaires in fiction: the main source is the story of N.I. Shadrin «Staff-Captain Schetinkin». The article discusses the basic semantic constructions and typical scenarios of the image of the legionnaires of the Czechoslovak corps in the socio-political «space» of the civil war in Russia. The authors conclude that the image of Czechoslovak legionnaires is presented in this story as uniquely negative.
