Reform of the zemstvo self-government of the Provisional government (the first stage – the spring of 1917, the materials Vologda province)

The article discusses issues related to the use of the process of reforming Zemsky self-government by the Provisional Government. Based on the analysis of historical sources and scientific literature, the specificity of the first stage of the ongoing reforms is shown, which was noted by the restructuring of the administration of provincial and district zemstvos.
