Physical activity caused changes in human bogy. Due to this fact, biomedical aspect is very important element of physical training and sports specialist training. However, there is lack of information at postgraduate education. The article reflects the survey results questioning among the coaching staff of physical training and sports organizations of the Krasnoyarsk Krai. This shows the need for such a specialized programme in advanced training of coaches, instructors, coordinators and physical education teachers.
