Practice of creating conditions for forming youth initiatives on the example of the "Academy of curators" project

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the importance of creating conditions for the formation of youth initiatives on the example of the project “Academy of Curators. Research objectives: 1) to determine the essence of youth civic initiatives; 2) consider a way to create conditions for their formation on the example of a project. The hypothesis of the research lies in the assumption of an increase in the activity of student civic initiative while creating conditions for the formation of youth initiative. Methods of analysis, comparison and generalization were used to solve research problems. The article proves the importance of improving the social and cultural space of the university in the development of youth potential.
