Impact of Technological revolution in the 60-90s of the XIX century on development of food processing industries in the Russian Empire

The article analysis the Technological revolution in food processing industries in the 60-90th years; the most significant technical and technological inventions, forms and methods of their implementation in food processing are disclosed, as well as the state institutional mechanisms, thanks to which the technological modernization of food processing industries was carried out in the Russian Empire.
