Pecific features of the English language teaching in the polylingual educational environment

The article is devoted to the specific features of modern approaches to a foreign language teaching in the bilingual and polylingual educational environment in the rapidly changing social life. Nowadays the process of cultivating of a multilingual and multicultural individual is one of the main tasks of the process of foreign language teaching. While creating scientific and theoretical pedagogical technologies and effective ways of teaching in the educational paradigm it is very important to teach students one or more than one foreign language. Teachers and methodologists should take into account the specific features of the process of learning several foreign languages in order to fulfill the most important strategy of teaching which concerns the forming of a multilingual and multicultural individual.
