On the question of the using of the corpus of parallel texts and texts with a parallel literal translation in teaching English

In this article, the author tries to draw the attention of English language teachers to the didactic possibilities of parallel literal translation from English into another language. A literal translation in your native language is an effective addition to educational materials. Such a translation can be either in the form of a simple parallel translation of the text being studied on paper or electronic media, or in the form of a corpus of parallel texts. Literal translation helps to learn the logical connections between words faster and more naturally from the point of view of a native English speaker.
