With the continuous development of higher education, the traditional learning model has been difficult to adapt to the new training requirements. The concept of OBE (Outcome-Based Education) should be integrated into the reform of higher education teaching model, change the role of students, focus on learning outcomes, introduce diversified assessment standards, continuously improve and develop innovation, promote the sustainable improvement of teaching and improve the quality of higher education training in China.
