Problems of preparing future teachers for conflict resolution

In the system of pedagogical education, prevention and productive resolution of pedagogical conflicts is recognized as the weakest link. The article defines the basic concepts; studies in the field of conflict and conflictology by both foreign and domestic researchers are considered; features, types, types of pedagogical conflicts are highlighted, their characteristics are given; three interrelated directions in the preparation of future teachers for conflict resolution are identified: theoretical (formation of conflictological knowledge), practical (acquisition of communicative and conflictological skills), individual (training in self-development and self-education).
