Digital competence of a teacher in the context of a professional standard

The article substantiates the importance of the formation of digital competencies in a teacher for solving a wide range of professional tasks. The analysis of studies devoted to the formation of digital competence of a teacher of the XXI century is presented. The essence and content characteristics of the digital competence of the teacher are determined. The article presents the structure of digital competence of a teacher of basic and secondary general education, developed taking into account the requirements of the professional standard, which can be used by teachers, methodologists and managers of the system of basic and secondary education in order to assess the degree of formation of digital competencies. The approaches for assessing the level of formation of a teacher's digital competence are considered.
