this article is devoted to the problem of physical education of students with disabilities in health. The training of students with disabilities and students with disabilities (HIA) is carried out on the basis of educational programs adapted, if necessary, for the training of these students. The paper presents sets of exercises for people with disabilities and methodological recommendations for their implementation.
A system for evaluating the results of mastering the physical culture and wellness program is proposed. As a result of the proposed evaluation system, an individual positive dynamics of the development of physical qualities was revealed. Assessment of the development of physical qualities in students includes entrance, current and final control. The entrance control includes the measurement of initial indicators (tests) of the development of physical qualities. The number of measured indicators of each physical quality is determined by the teacher depending on age, gender, severity of the disease.
Physical education of students with disabilities is an integral part of a purposeful process to solve the problems of their comprehensive rehabilitation, as well as the creation of conditions for a high-quality standard of living.
