Cognitive-linguistic processes of law adoption and its interpretation

This article discusses the issues of making a decision on the definition inclusion to the text of the law, taking into account cognitive-linguistic processes, as well as the problem of interpretation of laws, by-laws and documents. Thoughts, intellectual states, and peculiarities of thinking are reflected in the personality's perception of the surrounding reality, in the speech products generated by it, as well as in the perception and interpretation of the texts of laws – sometimes significantly different from the original ones. The relevance of the research lies in the fact that the cognitive space, the mental sphere are extremely important problems of linguistics research of the late twentieth - early twenty-first century. Thought, the process of thinking, mental activity are dynamic processes understood by linguists as cognitive activity, as an integral part of human consciousness. The ambiguous interpretation of the law by other persons, which does not coincide with the original thought of the authors of the law, is mainly due to a different way of thinking and extralinguistic reasons.
